I just wanted to share how wonderful our Avista Guy said about the unit that we had installed last year by your team. My husband and I thought we had smelled gas in the house. The Avista guy went around with his reader and couldn’t find anything, thank goodness. He put his probe inside our furnace and he said, “Who installed this, I’ve never seen one read only a 6!!” Good job, team… We appreciate you. Liberty’s quote was thousands cheaper than the 5 other companies I got quotes from, dependable, and great customer service. I had mentioned my sons’ allergies and he recommended that he can install an air scrubber to the unit.. It made a world of difference!

Liberty Heating and Cooling goes above and beyond!!! After 2 no calls/no-shows from another company, they came out at 10 pm and temporarily fixed the issue until the other company could come. They asked for nothing in return! I don’t know any company that would do that. Wow! Just wow!
